YOU'RE THERE
Once
Nestled on the southern tip of Bali, Uluwatu and the Bukit Peninsula is Bali at its most iconic — think stunning cliffside views, pristine beaches, and endless ocean horizons.
We fell in love with its laid-back vibe and natural beauty, and we knew it was the perfect spot to say “I do.” We can’t wait to share this special place with you as we celebrate the start of our forever!

Transportation
RIDE HAILING APPS
Download Grab or Gojek (similar to Uber). It's an affordable and easy way to get around Bali. You can get both cars, motorbike rides and even a private driver for 8 hours.

SCOOTERS
Due to traffic, it's often the preferred way of getting around, but only rent if you're comfortable riding in traffic. Uluwatu is quite hilly and always wear a helmet!
PRIVATE DRIVER
You can explore Bali by hiring a private driver. Prices start from US $50 for 8 hours.
HEALTH AND SAETY
WATER
Drink only bottled or filtered water, avoid tap water (even for brushing teeth!).

MOSQUITO PROTECTION
Use insect repellent in the evenings to avoid mosquito bites.

SUNSCREEN
The sun is strong in Bali! Recommend to bring sunscreen from home, as it’s pricey and sometimes hard to find there.

ATMS
Use official money changers and ATMs inside banks to avoid scams.
WEATHER
TEMPERATURE
Warm & Tropical Year-Round – Bali has a tropical climate, meaning warm temperatures (around 27–32°C / 80–90°F) throughout the year.
SEASON
October falls during the dry season, so expect sunny days and balmy evenings – perfect for the wedding!
Where
TO STAY
There are plenty of accommodation options in Uluwatu. Have a look at Booking.com, Airbnb, or Agoda to explore a wide range of options.
When booking, search for accommodations in Ungasan, Bingin, Pecatu & Uluwatu for the most convenient locations near the wedding venue.

Something to note: don't underestimate Bali's traffic. Bali may seem like a small paradise at first glance, especially on Google Maps, which often indicates that villas around Seminyak and Canggu are just a 30-45 minute drive from the wedding venue. However, in reality, travel by car typically takes 2-3 hours due to traffic congestion, unless you're travelling by motorcycle. If you're set on staying outside of Uluwatu, it's important to plan your schedule accordingly and not rely solely on the estimated travel times on Google Maps.

1. Villas and Airbnbs: For groups or families travelling together, renting a villa or Airbnb is a great option. Many villas are located close to the wedding venue, so you can enjoy both privacy and convenience.

2. Hotels and resorts: Uluwatu is home to a variety of hotels and resorts, ranging from boutique accommodations to five star luxury. Popular options include:
